    Paul Weingartz started out studying web design and DTP, and working at a small web company  in 2001. His studies gave him a good starting point in the industry and opened a few doors with regards to employment. He had always been interested in code as well as design and spent a lot of my free time researching web standards and CSS. This resulted in Paul being self-taught in many of the skills he excels in today. He proclaims to impose his passions wherever he goes. Paul also helped World Wide Creative to establish a good balance with regards to the process of design and code. These days he keeps himself busy by freelancing and singing the praises of WordPress as a CMS and continues to grow in his field of hand crafting beautiful CSS. Read Further

    Blogger, Wordpress and Tumblr are the big three when it comes to the blogosphere, but Tumblr has distinguished itself because of its effortless, creative and intuitive blogging functions. Tumblr was founded by David Karp in 2007 as a way for him to overcome what he didn’t like about the other blogging platforms. In June 2011 Tumblr had over 20 million bloggers and in October it became the first platform to host Barack Obama’s blog.     Since it’s launch in December 2009, music video website VEVO has risen above Mtv, ABC and CBS in terms of viewership. Thanks to it’s partnership with Youtube and top record labels, VEVO gets over 40 million unique visitors monthly. The website is a joint venture among Sony Music Entertainment, Abu Dhabi Media and Universal Music Group, with EMI dealing with the licensing.  The Music Void sat down with Rio Caraeff, VEVO’s CEO to talk strategy, philosophy and future ventures.     Ben Parr has worked for leading digital websites including Facebook and more recently Mashable where he worked as co-editor. Although he majored in Science in Human culture at Northwestern University, he found his way into the digital realm. His first job was project management for Facebook. Tech n’ Marketing spoke to Parr to get his insight on social media and internet security among other things.
