Chris, it's great news (especially for an evangelist like yourself), and once these issues are resolved, it will be interesting to see how many new sites built in Flash will bubble to the top.

The big question is what are the current limitations? Well Google only has 3 at the moment and they have already made headway resolving them:
"1. Googlebot does not execute some types of JavaScript. So if your web page loads a Flash file via JavaScript, Google may not be aware of that Flash file, in which case it will not be indexed.
2. We currently do not attach content from external resources that are loaded by your Flash files. If your Flash file loads an HTML file, an XML file, another SWF file, etc., Google will separately index that resource, but it will not yet be considered to be part of the content in your Flash file.
3. While we are able to index Flash in almost all of the languages found on the web, currently there are difficulties with Flash content written in bidirectional languages. Until this is fixed, we will be unable to index Hebrew language or Arabic language content from Flash files."

Eric, loved your question in 'three parts' on the night. You're a legend at squeezing value out of something my man...

Sorry, Jade - I was actually dipping into my memory banks and pulling the names out randomly, silly really. I probably missed out a bunch of others.

Stii, next time! Sorry I'm going to miss the 27dinner tonight as well. We'll catch up at the next one.

This is spot on for current online market - kind of retro with glitch added. Not much has changed, incredibly. Man was ahead of his time.
