Creating profitable websites Posted in Digital Strategy, Concocted by Mike Perk, 1 comment

Regular readers will remember that in July/August we were focusing our heavy chef efforts on blogging. One of the areas of interest was optimising your blog for the search engines.

You may recall we decided to focus our own website and blogs optimisation effort around the key phrase "creating profitable websites", which is what we do.

I’ve just checked today and in the space of two months the www.worldwidecreative.co.za site is now on the first page of google for that search, competing with 10 millions other sites.

Its also meant a boost up the rankings for the better phrase of "profitable websites" for which www.theheavychefproject.com is now on page 5 in google, which we are very pleased with. We’ll be looking to push this up to the first page over the next month by continuing our efforts.
