We are in similar situations (&#039;opening&#039; our online shop next week and having to re-tweak our websites accordingly for this).

What I learned over the last few years is that is helps a great deal when you are able to &#039;shorten the decision cycle&#039; for the customer. That will be our main focus in the re-tweaking part.
