If your company is paying for a website each month, it is essential that you have some kind of site statistics on your site. For example Google Analytics, which is free!

I have to say this is the time of the month that I most look forward to; it is fascinating to see how visitors are finding/using your site, and how suggestions that you made last month have increased the profitability of their site.
