    This is what I tell my clients.

    “Social Media should be a life style not a campaign. Also NEVER start a conversation and stop it half way when things look negative”

    Note to self: when you tell clients this you usually loose their business. oops

    Better to loose it before starting than to loose it half way when they get cold feet ;-)

    agreed: only do it if you’re authentic about doing it. you can usually tell if someone is not authentic when they run when things look bad… : )
