Its already been coming up in discussions this month as to whether PPC is more important and more profitable for your website than SEO. I’ve always said its a balance between the two. But I found this really good video on youtube which talks about both.

Listened to both of the clips and I think hes really good at explaining things in a simple, adequate and quick way.
So it boils down to:
Control versus no-control (or even pot-luck?)
Costs versus lead-generating capability (exact landing page etc)
Time versus Money
