    Hmm, you (no sorry, make that they) forget some of the most obvious:
    where are YOU based (at least tell me the country YOU are in)
    can I call YOU if I need more information (or when things do get wrong)

    The ability to have old-fashion personal contact is (still) a pre - even in these modern days!

    I totally agree.

    The other thing is a phone number. So many e-commerce sites out there now don’t give you the option of being able to phone them if something goes wrong. A physical address also helps build the trust.
