Marc Rogatschnig, a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience consulting to blue chip corporate leaders around the world, had never spoken on a big stage before. Before his debut, at Heavy Chef Cape Town in October 2017, in front of 330 people, he was nervous. As he started speaking however, Rogatschnig spoke with an authority of someone who has been public speaking for decades. Rich Mulholland, when he followed Marc immediately afterwards, said “That was the best debut of anyone I’ve ever seen.” Rich would know. He’s widely regarded as one of the best speakers on the African continent. Marc related three stories to a rapt audience. He spoke of the characteristics of leaders going into the 4th Industrial Revolution, the subject of his PhD dissertation. Marc’s talk is one of the most moving talks we’ve seen at Heavy Chef and worth taking 20 minutes to watch.
