EVENT: The Power Of Online Influence

Arthur Goldstuck will be talking in Cape Town and Johannesburg, revealing a world first, in that he will analyze the results of the Continuon social influencer survey of 40+ top level brands and their social influencer strategies. Arthur has some extraordinary insights to share with us - and hopefully shed some light on the murky world of influencer marketing. 

In Johannesburg only, the amazingly energetic Keenan Harduth will share the stage with Arthur. Keenan currently works with Google as part of the marketing team and aims to train 1m Africans in digital skills. As a former winner of Social Media Marketer of the Year (IAB Bookmark Awards 2015), stand-up comedian and media professional, Keenan is uniquely positioned to take a poke at the very self-important world of influencers. 


In Cape Town Dave Duarte joins Arthur on stage to lift the lid on where social influence is headed. Dave is a marketer, educator, and entrepreneur, a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, as well as Chairman of the Reach Trust, which has provided over 10 million people with educational support using mobile phones. Dave Duarte also serves on the Academy of the Global Teacher Prize, and annual $1m award for the world's best teacher.  

We also have the pleasure hosting the very inspiring Heleen Mills in Cape Town to take us through one of the most remarkable influencer activations of our time, Mina Guli's 40 Marathons in 40 Days water campaign. Heleen will present the case study and methodology for the #Run4Water campaign, which ended up over 150 million social media impressions - and further reach of 1 billion on CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera and many more.
