A jam-packed day of talks, presentations and performances, Heavy Chef Raw: The Business of Being Creative was an exciting first in a collaborative series between Heavy Chef and Ghetto Sessions.
Heavy Chef, in collaboration with Ghetto Sessions, is launching The Raw Sessions, a series of inspirational events in the heart of Khayelitsha, on August 3rd. Each event will comprise of a full day of talks, presentations and creative performances. The inaugural session will feature national celebrities Zolani from Freshlyground, radio and television show host Danilo Acquisto and the co-founder of Bridges For Music, Thulani ‘DJ Fosta’ Headman, in addition to local talent from the community.
