For the second year running, Heavy Chef will be presenting a future-focused event where we'll be tracking the most important, most impactive trends that are affecting businesses today. We have invited three of South Africa's most thoughtful and knowledgable individuals on macro and micro-environmental shifts.

Dion Chang, one of the continent's best-known futurists will kick things off with a presentation on the 'state we're in', giving an exclusive sneak peek into a much larger report that Flux Trends has been working on.

Bronwyn Williams, Dion's co-conspirator at Flux, will follow Dion with a more in depth look at some of the prevailing themes, programmable / malleable realities such as VR/AR. Bronwyn will lift the lid on concepts such as designer humans, escapism and the hyper-personalization of everything.

Musa Kalenga will finish the lineup with his views, based on his background of deep strategic planning with African blue-chip behemoths, on how to practically tackle the 4th Industrial Revolution.

This event will be held at the stunning Discovery Head Office in Sandton, with a breathtaking backdrop of the hanging gardens in the central foyer. Heavy Chef CEO Fred Roed will MC the event and complimentary wine and beverages will be served.
