Event: The Creatives - Cape Town

Has AI really replaced creativity? Even the last outpost of our humanness, the expression of our creative instincts, is now being swatted aside by the new agents. A simple prompt can create a thousand songs. A simple command can produce a thousand poems. A simple brief can create a thousand designs. What is our role in this brave new world? Heavy Chef will explore the art and science of creativity, ideation and innovation with two award-winning creatives, KB Mbiola and Hluma Shoko, on stage, in-person in October. Heavy Chef's host Nasi Hako will be exploring how entrepreneurs can harness creativity (and, yes, AI) to be competitive both locally and internationally in the future.
