On 22 July 2026, Heavy Chef CEO Fred Roed will interview Matt Putman, CEO and cofounder of iKhokha, and Bulelani Balabala, founder of the Township Entrepreneurs Alliance (TEA), on stage in Durban. We will be asking the most difficult questions that challenge South Africans today. Why are so many businesses getting it so wrong in so many places? Where can we find good business leaders today? And, most importantly, how can we foster a new generation of great leaders?
