South African-born entrepreneur Jason Luboyera is a global citizen. He speaks five languages, grew up in Germany and attended university in Spain, Canada and the US.

After returning to South Africa, Jason spent three years with Outsourced CFO where he fell in love with sales and the dynamics that make it work. Feeling inspired, he took a leap of faith and started his own company.

360 DigiSales was built around two core beliefs. First, that you can get 100% of your sales from inbound leads. Second, that you have to choose a niche and own it. In the case of 360 DigiSales, that niche is using LinkedIn to build personal brands for founders and CEOs in order to drive inbound leads and enable frictionless sales.
