Lukas is the co-founder and director of StoneBear & Mayor Music, a boutique record label that develops local talent for the international market. A musician and lover of the arts, Lukas completed his Master's degree (MPhil Management Coaching) at the Stellenbosch University's Business School with a thesis on Artrepreneurial Coaching - an exploration of the role of coaching as a supporting intervention in the life of creative people within the South African music industry. His research is the primary content for a book he's written for artisan entrepreneurs, titled Artrepreneur: A Field Guide for Creative Professionals.
