Gen Z is the cohort of teenagers and young adults who have grown up with technology. Their assumption that the tech will always be there and will always work, informs how they engage with the world. Gen Z is prone to social-media-induced awareness and anxiety, loves having control and solving problems, and needs strong boundaries and guidelines from parents and managers.
