Raeesa Gabriels is the founder and CEO of Level Finance, a money management platform that allows employees access to their earned wages when they need them. As well as a pioneer of the earned wage access concept in SA, Raeesa holds the distinction of being the only woman of colour CEO in the local fintech space. In addition to running Level Finance, she is a Modern Service Management consultant for Microsoft Premier throughout the EMEA region. Raeesa has a qualification in Information Systems Management.
