Live Recipe: Shaun Bartlett, Leading With Character
Join Us For A Live Q And A With Shaun Bartlett On Leading With Character.
Meet the Chef:
Shaun Bartlett is a former Bafana Bafana captain and co-founder of the Shaun and Juanita Bartlett Foundation. He scored 29 goals in 74 caps between 1995 and 2005, the second-highest tally in South African history, and played for Cape Town Spurs, FC Zürich and Charlton Athletic, where his volley against Leicester City won the BBC Goal of the Season award. He represented South Africa at the 1998 FIFA World Cup and went on to coach at Golden Arrows, University of Pretoria, Kaizer Chiefs and Cape Town Spurs. Today he runs the Foundation, which pairs football training with high school and tertiary scholarships under the slogan Let's dream again.
Taste the Recipe:
Shaun shows entrepreneurs and leaders how to build teams that last, on the field and in business. Learn why he rates character and mentality above raw talent when developing a team, and the real risk of hiring or promoting someone on a few standout performances alone. He explains the entrepreneurial equivalent of quad football, starting with the resources you have instead of waiting for ideal conditions. Discover how to build something that still works for the 99 percent who never turn professional, not only the one percent who do.
Engage and Discuss:
This is a live AMA session. Bring your questions and join a real-time conversation with Shaun about leadership, character, and building something that outlasts you.
