Meet the Chef:
Brad Shorkend is a behavioural specialist, performance coach, and CEO of Still Human. Since 2005 he has worked as a sparring partner to thousands of leaders and teams around the world, helping them build organisations that are great places to work and deliver sustainable success. He was recently recognised in the top 30 Global Gurus for 2026 in the category of Organizational Culture, and has founded and led over 20 businesses across sectors including architecture, telecommunications, fashion, technology, and FMCG. Brad is co-author of We Are Still Human (And Work Shouldn't Suck!), a TEDx speaker, and adjunct faculty at GIBS and Duke CE business schools.
Taste the Recipe:
Brad shows entrepreneurs how to build a workplace where people consistently bring their A game. Learn how workplace design shapes human connection, how a constructive culture attracts and keeps high-performing people, and how to establish clear ways of working and meaningful communication flow across a team. Brad unpacks concepts such as people push and stoke, and shares practical ideas on how to recognise the behaviours a business wants and root out the ones that hurt it. Walk away with a clear approach to building shared purpose, nurturing individual growth, and reflecting on culture so performance is sustained, not just switched on for a season.
Engage and Discuss:
This is a live AMA session. Bring your questions and join a real-time conversation with Brad about building and sustaining a high-performance culture that lasts.
